Materials

Cognac leather with cream thread that loops round the release button and runs all the way round the edge.

A CNC-cut frame, bead-blasted and anodised satin silver. Cold in the hand, and it won't scuff like plastic.

A woven back with a deep gloss finish, framed in aluminium and held by three small screws.

The end of the key rounds out into a bump edged in aluminium, with the stitching arching round it.
How it works
The circuit board and the blade come out whole. No soldering.
Your circuit board and your blade go into the new housing.
To the car it's the same key, so it unlocks and starts first time. No dealer, no locksmith.
It'll come with the tools you need and a step-by-step video for every stage.
Will it fit?
It's built for the VW 3-button flip key, part number 5K0 837 202, used on the Polo 6R and 6C, 2009 to 2017. Its HU66 blade flips out of the side.

No. Your own circuit board and blade move across, so to the car it's the same key. No dealer, no locksmith.
It's designed to. The signal goes out through the leather top and the woven back, and the end your ignition reads isn't enclosed in metal. Every prototype is tested for remote range and first-time starts on a real Polo before anything ships.
The price is set once the metal prototype passes its tests and the parts are quoted. Everyone who leaves their email gets 20% off at launch.
Pre-orders open for the waitlist once the metal prototype passes its tests. You'll see the delivery date before you pay anything.
